Milt Koger

  • Served as Youth Commissioner on the Kentucky Youth Soccer Board from 1993 till retiring in 2007 – at the time the longest tenured board member.

  • Was instrumental in the development of the current awards program.

  • Was the original Kentucky Youth Soccer Rules Committee Chairman and was highly responsible for the current Association bylaws.
